Onze suikervrije en suikerarme producten zijn even lekker als de suikerhoudende variant. Zokola maakt een ruim assortiment van standaard producten voor elk wat wils: chocolade schijfjes, studentenhaver of breekchocolade. Ook pralines kan je uitgebreid bij ons vinden: zachte praliné blokjes, krokante praliné met gepofte rijst, ganaches met speculoos, crème brulée, vanille, koffie…, huisgemaakte zachte caramel in melk&fondant, cuvetjes met chocomousse, walnootjes met krokante praliné, …
And we can be a bit chauvinistic! In our fillings we work with the sugar substitute "Zusto", a high quality Belgian product.
